You've been just so low out in the world, wanting the desert for the past, however long.

Just wing in it. Wing in it. I'm like so excited this week to be back with family, to be out in the world, to be talking to y'all.

It's time.

Okay, good. You know what? I love that we all sort of collectively manage to find things to be thankful for this week, even though the concept of Thanksgiving itself is evil.

So.

To say the least, to say the least, some problems, small problems.

I believe the colonialism was well intentioned ultimately.

Exactly.

In a previous episode, Lewis and I had a lovely discussion about Will Smith.

And I know that King Richard came out this week.

Did you get to either of you get a chance to see it?

I did. Did you see it, Kimberly? I did the get to Cinderella.

I have to say I was not okay. Like I remember Venus Williams emerging as a superstar in like the late 90s.

But I guess was not privy to the moment where she arrived as like a junior celebrity and people like Martina never to Lovah would do interviews about how if that was my daughter, I wouldn't want her going pro now.

I didn't know she was already being compared to Jennifer Capriotti who had the famous drug story that derailed her kind of young career at the time, which is explored in this movie.

So actually just on a historical note, it was nice to learn a bit more about that. I was surprised. I didn't know as much about that. But also its sports. So why was I surprised?

It's also like the great divide between millennials.

You know, it's like I was talking to a friend who was like, yes, you grew up very definitively in the Venus era and I feel very much a product at the Serena moment.
