I've published a podcast every week for the past 16 months and I have to credit the show's success with that kind of

Consistency, but I also need to acknowledge that that kind of output requires a certain amount of pressure and stamina and

Sometimes we get tired and while I could push through I think the best thing I could do right now is to practice the art of

slowing down of taking a pause of taking a breath

At the end of the day

I don't want to measure my success with how hard I work the amount of followers I have or the number in my bank account

But instead with how happy I am so next week

I'm taking a break from both the podcast and my regular video posting schedule with the holidays approaching

I think it's a message we need now more than ever
