0:14.4	In a sense, the gospels are just the beginning of Christ's work. The adventure continues in the

0:48.7	neutral place. You were presented with the truth and called on to respond to it. I fear that in our world today,
0:58.9	there is so much passive preaching and so much passive Christianity. We're spectators,
1:04.6	and we hear so much and we see so much, and we do so little with what we know.
1:13.4	Friends, I want to tell you, it's time to respond.
1:16.2	Remember what book we're in, the book of Acts.
1:17.3	It's time for action.
1:21.3	It's time to get off our bench and get in the game.
1:25.6	It's time to stop watching from the sidelines and say, all right, how am I to apply this truth to my life?
1:29.4	We've come in Acts chapter 2 to the closing moments on the day of Pentecost.
1:35.4	What a day it must have been.
1:36.7	What a day.
1:38.1	What an experience it must have been to have witnessed what happened that day.
1:42.3	And I'll remind you, it wasn't just Peter's sermon that brought all these people to the Lord.
1:47.5	Remember, all those believers were filled with the Holy Spirit and were speaking in a variety of languages,
1:54.0	the Word of God.
