0:30.2	And it is a celebration, and we are taking a big step.
0:35.7	It's a step not unlike what we see in Deuteronomy 1-8.
0:41.7	And Deuteronomy 1-8 is the end of Moses' life. So everybody knows Moses' story, called by God out of the backside of nowhere to lead people out of bondage
0:48.0	into the promised land. But the people wouldn't have it, so they wandered around the desert
0:52.4	for 40 years, just making laps
0:55.6	in the desert.
0:57.2	And now it's time for Moses to die.
0:59.8	And Moses leaving the scene, and so he's encouraging the people.
1:04.5	And that's what Deuteronomy is about.
1:06.4	At the end of Deuteronomy, Moses dies.
1:09.7	The Lord takes him up on a mountain. He shows him the promised land.
1:13.6	He ain't going in, but he can see it. And then Moses dies. And Joshua rises up. You know why?
1:23.7	God's always got somebody in the wings. He's always got somebody in the wings.
1:28.3	He's always got somebody ready.
1:31.3	And Joshua was ready.
1:34.3	He was ready on day one.
1:37.3	When the spies went in to check out the land,
