practically is that we're so busy that we don't have time to grow.

You could equate this to someone who says that I'm so busy.

Yeah, I'm just so busy. Okay. So if you're too busy, if your rhythm of life is so busy that you cannot eat and exercise the right way, then you would have to make changes to your lifestyle

So if you're a person who goes, you know what, I'm not getting the opportunities for growth that I would like

So the solution to this problem that you're so busy, you're so over-scheduled that you don't have time to actually grow.
