Summary

I spent a large portion of my life picking my appearance apart. It never mattered how thin I was, how healthy I was or how many compliments I received from strangers on the internet, I couldn't be convinced that I was beautiful just the way I was. What I share in the first episode of the Mental Makeover podcast has been a long time coming, but I am so proud of how much progress I've made. I've truly transformed my body image and I want to help you do the same! If you enjoyed today's episode, please rate & leave a review so that this message can be spread wider. say, I like the person I am because we're also used to being so hard on ourselves and it's like

0:50.3

you're a snob if you actually like the person you are, sadly. But I am. I'm proud of her wife growing up to be.

And more than anything, I just feel content.

1:03.4

And I don't know how you view the word content.

1:05.7

I view it as just like satisfied, just happy.

Do you have enough?

1:12.4

You are content.

1:15.8

Some people can view it as, oh, I've settled, I'm content.

1:17.0

It is what it is, but no.

1:18.7

Content to me is the goal.

1:20.1

Life is never perfect.

1:22.7

Life is not always going to be your sunshine and lollipops,

1:24.2

and it's also not always going to be bad.
