0:19.4	I have a situation in our family that I was hoping to get your advice on.
0:29.2	My husband and I are in our later years.
0:32.9	We've been married 42 years.
0:34.8	I'm sorry.
0:35.5	What are later years?
0:42.3	Golden years. I'm sorry. What are later years? Golden years. What age is that?
0:54.1	I'm 67 and he's 77 and we have been retired but of the many different businesses we've owned and operated,
0:54.7	we still have one that is operating and has a management company
0:59.0	that runs it.
1:02.0	But my husband goes to that area, which is an hour away,
1:07.0	once a week, shows his face, but yet he monitors it remotely.
1:11.6	So we still have involvement, but not run it, the day-to-day operation.
1:15.6	We have two grown children, two boys that are 38 and 40.
1:21.6	They do not, they did not decide to go into the business.
1:25.6	They both are very successful in their own careers.
1:29.0	Both married, beautiful wives. The youngest son has two young children, ages four and two.
1:37.9	They all live one hour from us also near my husband's office.
1:46.7	The problem we're having is our oldest son and my husband have, there's friction when we get together.
