Good morning, the Messy Masteries Podcast listeners. Today's exciting day, as you probably

heard me mention last week, I had a very exciting announcement of a project that I've been

working on with some friends and today is finally the release. You can go watch the

third episode of the making of a podcast. So if you like podcasts and you're listening

to this one, you're probably going to like the other one that I'm doing with my friends

And one more preface before we jump into the devotional, we are recording upstairs on

our bed because we have the cutest little baby downstairs. And so if you hear a cry or

you hear some noise, this podcast might be a little messy, but that does not mean God

can't use it. So that does not mean it won't be a masterpiece. There it is. Sorry. Okay,

you guys, let's just jump on into the devotional. Today we are reading out of Jeremiah 616, and

the devotional is titled The Path to Life. And it says, this is what the Lord says, stop

at the crossroads and look around, ask for the old godly way and walk in it, travel its

path, and you will find rest for your souls. But you reply, no, that's not the road

we want. The love that are from God says, beloved child, I created your feet to walk on

my path. But when you get to the crossroads, you will be tempted to take the easy path.

It's worn smooth by those who have walked away from me and tried to live their own way.

This road is filled with guilt, regret, and sadness, and ultimately leads to eternal

death. If you find yourself on this path, don't lose heart. I am always willing to forgive

you and lead you back to my path. I have given you my word as a guide that will lead you
