Well, David, I think we have to start with Trump v. Barbara. This is the birthright citizenship case,

in case you've been living under Iraq, in which case I don't know why you're listening to this podcast.

Donald Trump, on his first day of office, signs an executive order redefining birthright citizenship, in short, not to include someone who was born on American soil,

but to neither parent being a U.S. citizen. And we have the decision. It is 6.3, or more accurately, five, one, three on some of the

questions here. We have six justices, though, saying that Donald Trump's executive order

...
