Sheen is suing Timu.

It seems that the two new giants in the cheap retail world, Sheen and Timu are really going at each other in court. So what's going on? We've got the BBC's Pierre Antoine Deney to tell us, hello. Hello hello.

Tell us the backstory what's the real issue between these two fast fashion giants?

Well this they've been like almost like two brothers fighting at each other for for years now they've been

firing low suits at each other all of these low suits who always resolve around

copyright concerns about intimidation of suppliers, about exclusive agreements,

and now Sheen in this recent one accusing Tim of copyright infringement, routinely stealing the designs, saying as well that to

ensure their market Timu is losing money on each sale around $30 per order, so basically quite incredible way in the in their

complaint saying T-Moo is masquerading itself as a marketplace so quite an

intense complaint once again between these two companies.

For sure and what proof do they have and also is that a bit cheeky of Sheen

because they take a little bit of inspiration from other designs too, don't they?

There are a couple of proofs around. The first one they've put together their design and the team

with design and saying look how similar it is. Basically the way these two companies operate is that they're reacting to trends

they're also accusing which I find also very cheeky from Timu's side Timu buying ads on Google where on the top line is called Sheen and then you click on it and then it goes

you lending on the T-MUS page. Sheen is definitely a good player in that as well,

because shein is the target of many lawsuits

from companies like Levi Strauss, H&M, Uniclo,

for its subsequent dealing of copyrights.
