Change is hard. That's why we avoid it. It's easier when things stay the same, when we have familiar ways and routines, our morning coffee, our job, the way we learned it, where no news is good news.

Change, on the other hand, requires adjustment. It requires acceptance. It requires us to change. So naturally, yeah, we avoid it. We fear it.
