high Noah, the congress is now moving on two bills, important bills, one to raise the debt

limit and the other to authorize defense spending for the next fiscal year, the defense

spending bill, having lost a couple of demented provisions is now sailed through the house and

will sail through the Senate, one of the demented provisions being drafting women, which

we can at some later point go into why it's insane to even bring that up.

But the debt limit provision allows is a trick because it allows a one time suspension

of the filibuster for debt limit.
