a minute it ain't it ain't been that long though but it feels that way it really hasn't but you know

yeah you know but today um no just here lately something that's been heavy on my mind and

something i've been working on my mind and something that I've been working

on is just like loving myself like actually liking myself like I had to tell myself um it's okay to

like myself like it's okay I feel like as a, like, I've noticed this with women in general.

Mainly women, some men do it.

But, like, if you give a woman a compliment, like, even me, I'm guilty.

Like, I'll downplay it.

Like, I'll be like, oh, like, or even if somebody compliments me, I'll think they're lying.

You know what I mean?

I give you the same.

So I've really been working on like self-love and like just actually liking myself.

I get that.

It go back to, I think you, I can't remember when it was, but you showed me a video or somebody.

And the example was like, this lady had a kid,

and somebody complimented their kid.

It was like how smart they were.

And the lady remarked back was like, oh, yeah, but he a handful, though.

Oh, yeah.
