It is a glorious day, honestly, it feels like Spring has just come in the UK.

And I honestly can't believe how quickly season one of the Woodenspoon is going, obviously.

It's kind of coming almost to an end which feels very strange because this is a project

that I don't know we've just been working on for so long.

So we're going to be discussing kind of a stigma that we often still have

surrounding talking about our mental health which I think is especially strange

considering that it's 2019.

We're also going to be discussing some of our own experiences

struggling with our mental health.
