Do you just want more? Is there more that you want more? Do you just want more?

Is there more that you want to be and do and have in your life?

Well, my friend, that is beautiful news because desire is our life force, desire is healthy, desire gets us out of bed,

desire fuels our relationships, desire fuels our amazing action in this world.

Sometimes it can feel a bit tricky when I speak to women especially who want more because they feel almost guilty that they should be

so completely grateful for what they have. And I want to let you know that both things

can be beautifully true. You can be absolutely full of appreciation for your life, for your family, for your health,

for all of the blessings that you already have, and to want more.

Frankly, if we didn't want more nothing would happen right there'd be no evolution

there would be no advancements there would be nothing that's changing because we'd all

just be sat around, cross-legged, satisfied.

Right? That's not what life is about.

We are here to evolve and expand. That's the basis of our life experience.

Wanting more is healthy.

Think about everything that you've created in your life.

Maybe it's a family, maybe it's a great career

that you forged, maybe it's some amazing experiences

that you've lived through, some travel experiences,

some experiences with your friends or some romantic experiences.

They've all been fueled by wanting something.
