Hello and welcome, my name is Brian Wallace and I'm your host

this week's show is going to be just a little bit different I do want to welcome

those of you who are coming for the very very first Welcome aboard, but you may want to go back

and check out some of the other shows.

Today's show, what I wanted to do

is instead of covering a topic, so those of you

who are showing up primarily interested

in covering urology will be sorely disappointed

this week and you will have to wait until next week to get into yourology.

What I wanted to do this week was cover a topic something I've been getting increasing

emails on I've been getting three or four or even up to five emails a week from people

on and it's a question I've been taking a lot of time out of my day to answer these

individual emails because I think they're extremely important and I think I just

think these people deserve a ton of attention but it's what for one thing it's taking a lot of time out of my day.
