So Tuesdays are prayer meeting coming up.

August 6th, 7 p.m.

Note, by the way, online, the start time is at 7 p.m. Hawaii time, not 7.30, which is usually the time we end the worship. So we're going to start off with a brief teaching, for real brief this time. And I just want to share a little bit about keeping our prayer life simple yet effective

because we're all prone to overcomplicate prayer, which results in prayerlessness, basically.

We, and this is exactly what the enemy intends to accomplish because his sole goal is to keep

a Christian from praying because he knows that prayer is the deciding factor because

he knows that prayer spells his defeat.

So he'll get us to overcomplicate prayer

and in so doing we just don't pray.

So I just want to talk about the simplicity of prayer and because prayer is simple and

because prayer is simple it doesn't mean that prayer is not effective as it's been said and we'll talk about this

Susie and night it's not the the length of the's not the length of the prayer, it's the strength

of the prayer. That does not apply to sermons. Just want to make sure we're clear on that.
