First up, Tana Amman is a nurse, author, and vice president of Amman Clinics.

Being on the front lines of people's worst moments meant that Tana eventually had to face a deep

well of her own past trauma, including a difficult family history.

Tana spent years hiding her emotions and her pain deep down, and it wasn't until she met her future husband, Dr. Daniel Amen, that she began to realize
