So I wanted to touch on purity today because purity to me is one of the most interesting

things because it's intertwined throughout religions.

It's intertwined throughout our societies and dietary lifestyles and things like that.

You know, religions have practices that make you more holy, dietary laws that cleanse

the spirit.

And then just in our society and our cultures, we create a sense of purity, right?

We have our sage to cleanse this space.

We like to keep good energy around us.

You know, we identify energy vampires and we become very aware of what's pure and what's

not.

And most people want to have more of a pure life, right?

Of course, who wouldn't want to be pure and full of light.

It's beautiful.

But I think on our journeys when we become more aware and intentional with living, to

me, that's what a spiritual journey is.

I don't necessarily think we are here having a spiritual journey.

We are having a human experience.

Our spirit is having a journey and a human experience, not our human being having a spiritual

experience.

But on our journey, I'm sure a lot of us have gone down a path of cleansing ourselves,

purifying ourselves because we may have been living in a way before that didn't serve

our best interests of our higher selves.
