There's an expression that used a lot in wildlife management is that you want opportunity and abundance.

And so you want an abundant stock of whatever it is, and you want the opportunity to get it.

So you can't have this road exclusion thing that we sometimes see.

But you've got to have, if you don't have the underlying resource,

then all the opportunity in the world doesn't mean it's careful balance.

We're the ones that are trying to create reefs and create marsh restoration,

create oyster reefs and all that.

That's that most of the marine resource restoration you see,

let's just say in Texas and Louisiana and other

places outside of some of the bigger marsh were basically at the hands of recreational

English. You can't separate yourself from the ocean. I mean, if anything is a human, if you

haven't learned it at a certain age, then you're just not looking close enough, is that every state is a coastal state.

We're all connected to the ocean.
