0:25.0

Oh my god, thanks. Hi. Hello. Hi. Oh my gosh. I'm in shock right now. How are you?

0:34.6

I'm good. I'm good. So my question is like a little bit different. I'm going to be a senior in college this year

0:44.0

and I just have so much anxiety about it. I think because I know like this stage of my life is coming to an end.

0:54.0

I have a lot of anxiety about post-grad. Yeah. And so I was just wondering if you had any advice on like making the most of my senior year

1:03.0

Well also looking forward to the future because I'm just like I don't know. I'm overwhelmed. Yeah. Okay. So do you do love college?

1:11.0

Then are you are you just one of those? I love it. Yeah. Okay. Claire. Yeah. I really I really do think I've like found my place in college. I actually studied abroad in London last semester.

1:21.0

So yeah, I don't know. Yeah. I was the exact same way. Like I had going into senior year. I was like hysterically crying because I already felt like it was coming to an end.

1:32.0

And I was so obsessed with my college friends and I was so obsessed with like who I was in college. I just felt so comfortable and I felt so happy and I loved learning.

1:42.0

I was I was one of those cliched people's I was like this is the best my life is ever going to be and I never want it to change and I hate change and all this stuff and like.

1:51.0

Okay, so I'm going to take this into parts. First of all, how to make the most of your senior year. Stay present.

1:58.0

You you truly have to stay present. And I'm going to give you some tips and tricks to do this, but you can't be future tripping because then you're going to look back and think, oh my god, I spent my entire senior year

2:09.0

wasting like with anxiety. So here's what you're going to do. You're going to write lists of all the things you want to do in your senior year.

2:17.0

And I'll be honest with you, I wrote a list, my senior year of all the boys that I wanted to kiss before I left Stanford. I did. I wrote a list of all the places around Stanford that I'd never gone like all the weird little libraries that I'd never visited.

2:29.0

And me and my best friends, we just would take them off the list, like little day trips things we wanted to try, like funny crafts we wanted to do.

2:39.0

Another thing that me and my best friend Brian did is we made a calendar for every quarter. So we literally made an enormous calendar for outside of our rooms. And we would put something fun to do every day.

2:49.0

Even if we were hungover, we would go do something fun. We would just make a memory, whatever, take pictures, write things down because you think that you'll never forget them and you will, like take a million pictures and write them down, make a scrapbook, like all that cheesy stuff, not only will you literally love yourself in 10 years because you'll be able to look back on it.

3:08.0

And so it also keeps you really present and grounded. And that's why I'm obsessed with like the list writing and the, you know, all that kind of stuff because it just grounds you in reality instead of freaking out about post college.

3:19.0

Okay, so then let's talk about freshman year of real life. That's what we called it because we were so in denial.
