We have so much to talk about today and so many

calls to get to. I'm so excited to you guys. So I just got back from the ranch and I know a lot of

people weren't around when I went to the ranch the first time and you want to know what it is.

Okay. So the ranch, first of all, I took my mom for her birthday and she loved it.

Top line, we had the best weekend. We really, really enjoyed ourselves. She loved it. She was so happy.

We had so many good times. I'm not going to lie, I was a complete bitch when we were driving in.

I'm just going to be honest with you, because what's the point of this otherwise? You know when sometimes you're just like a bitch to your mom? Like it's awful. It's literally awful. And it's the thing that I dislike most about myself because my mom is my favorite person on earth. But sometimes you're just like a bitch to your mom. And I don't know why I was like stressed. We were driving in. And I was just like, oh my God, like being a bitch. And then we got to the ranch early. We had to check in at one. And I was like all of a sudden panicking. I was like, I'm freaked out. There's no diet code. Quickly turn around. Go to Chick-fil-A. And the way that the road was, it was eight, I looked on the map. It's eight minutes to get there. We go to Chick-fil-A. We have a little snack, you know, whatever Diet Coke. We get back on the road. And they're like, it's 38 minutes to get back. Just because of the way the highway was, you had to go all the way. And we were like panicking. You were like, oh, no, we're going to be late for checking. Whatever, anyway, it was fine.

So the way. And we were like panicking. You were like,

it's a retreat. And it started because this, if I remember correctly, this guy who was like

a stressed out businessman. He went to this ashram. And he was like, wow, this has really

reset me. It was so great.

And then he thought, oh, I bet a bunch of stressed out people would love this. But it's too

rustic. I need to make a version for like bougie people. So it started in Malibu as like a week

long thing. It had more of like a weight loss emphasis, I think, when it started because they,

you know, give you only vegan food or they used to only give you vegan food and it's like small

portions. And the whole like thing that made it infamous was there was a snack they gave you that

was like seven almonds. Like they counted out the almonds. And obviously the internet got hold of that.

I was like, ah. And when I did it it in 2022 i did get the packet of seven almonds or eight almonds when we got to

the top of the hike so what you do every day is you get up in the morning like five or six

depending on if you do it in like malibu or um new york because they just they opened the one in hudson

valley a couple years ago you do a
