Can you believe it?

Tabasco is actually serious.

They were actually serious about having me go to Avery Island.

So I am coming back from New Orleans as we speak.

I can't wait to recap it.

Honestly, I'm just so excited for this trip.

I have loved Tabasco since I was a child.

In fact, there's a story in my family where when I was a little kid, my dad was having

food with Tabasco and I was like, I want to try that.

He was like, no, your baby is spicy, whatever, whatever.

And I was like, through a fit.

I was like, no, give me that.

I want that sauce.

And he was like, okay, you can do it.

Of course, my mom was in the other room.

And then I start screaming crying because I'm like a baby, of course.

But everyone in my family says that that's where my love of hot sauce began, specifically

to Tabasco.
