We are clearing out the mailbag and answering all of your AMAs. Yes, you once again

bullied me into pre-recording a new show because I'm scared of you. And when there isn't a new show,

you guys are really mean to me in the DM. So here I am. Here I am again, okay, pre-recording.

I'm so excited to go to London. I kind of, I don't know, I feel like I need a bit of a get out of town and just, you know, been working on a lot of big stuff. So, guys, I have been doing this game with myself. I told you at the beginning of the year, one of my resolutions was to eat at home. And for me, if you want me to do something, you have to gamify it. Okay, this is the way

my brain works. I love a game. And basically, on Sunday or Monday, I go to the store, go to the

grocery store. I buy the same food items. And then I basically try to eat as many meals as possible

at home. And I know you're probably thinking, wow, this is a really out of touch influencer, like acting like this is, she's reinventing the wheel. And to that, I would say 100%. You're right. Like most people eat most meals at home. I totally get that. But when you live in New York, there is such, it's so easy to just say, oh, I'm going to grab a salad or, oh, I'm just going to order something.

And I basically just realized last year I was not enjoying my takeout anymore, was not enjoying

my delivery. It just all started to taste the same to me. And it's so expensive, obviously,

and I'm obsessed with my new game. And I just eat. And then also you have the added benefit

of knowing what you're eating. And it's just so healthy. And I'm just kind of done with like the corporate slot bowls. I'm just kind of I don't want to eat any more of that, you know, the bowls. You know, I don't, I just is not for me. I don't want to do it anymore. And I would trick myself and say, oh, but it's healthy and oh, you know, it's filling. and I would eat that stuff say oh but it's healthy and oh you know it's

filling and I would eat that stuff and it would just I don't know there's nothing as filling as when

you make your food at home and it's so easy I know a lot of us are single and it's you know for a while

I would use as use that as an excuse I would say oh well you can't cook for one. Yes, you fucking can. You cook a pound

of ground beef or whatever, you know, a packet of ground beef at the beginning of the week. You get

cottage cheese. You get sweet potatoes. You get one steak. You get lettuce. You get tomatoes. And you just

kind of mix and match. And it's honestly couldn't be easier. And I'm loving it. And I feel like, I don't know, I'm kind of mix and match and it's honestly couldn't be easier and I'm loving it and I feel like
