And it's also an idea that I think has a lot of different kind of valences and nuances to it.

I think that's why folks reach out with these ideas is because they can have like different senses and

different meanings and as we're always interested in different uses.

And this one is the specific phrase salt and light.

When somebody says, you know, that they're called to be salt and light or

that somebody says Christians are salt and light and and people reached out and

were like what is this and they were talking about some of the contexts in which they hear it and I was like yeah salt and light like I haven't thought about that one but that's definitely one of those phrases that goes goes way back and I think it's also one of those phrases
