I want to preach today from Genesis chapter 48.

Once again, we're looking for Jesus in these stories and once again, we're looking for hope of the gospel.

Genesis 48 verse 10, maybe you've never heard this story before, but I'm believing it's going to encourage you.

I believe it's a right now word, not just for Voo, but for the city of Miami and those that are hurting and struggling today.

Scripture says, starting in verse 10, now Israel's eyes, Israel is Jacob in the Bible.

Jacob has two names. Jacob was the son of Abraham. His name is also Israel.

Now Israel's eyes were failing because of old age, and he could hardly see.

So Joseph brought his sons close to him and his father kissed them and embraced them.

Now Israel said to Joseph, I never watched this. I never expected.
