Because a lot of you come here for value, whether it's practical to use in the field or to use in your brain or at home,

whatever it may be. We're trying to do the best we can to try to say hey we've been around for a little bit we don't know at all but maybe some of these things we know might be able to help you.

I think as I as we come about the time and out of this pandemic slash anti-police

you know I I remember doing the video that everybody appreciated so much and had like

six hundred seventy thousand views and the whole. This is not a moment of bragging,

it's a moment to make a point, so I'm setting it up before that. The answer that a lot of you

wanted to hear was that it was going to be okay.

And I think why people resonated with that video that I did because basically in a

nutshell I told you it was going to be okay. And you know I've been through a lot in my life I've been through a lot in my life. I've been through a lot professionally and personally, and life will continue to punch you right in the fucking face. There's nothing you can do to stop that from occurring. There's nothing.

You could try to do it exactly the way it's supposed to be done, but you're going to get

punching a fucking face and it's going to have. There's nothing you can do.
