Two, I guess you could say, iconic American restaurants across this great

land of ours here in the United States of America and beyond actually.

Well now the parent company, Dine Brands Global, has said, you know know what we're gonna start doing dual branded

locations combining I-HOP and Applebee's together. So the back of the house cooking areas are

blending in the front of the house dining areas through discrete entrances.

And so you'll be able to eat and be seated either on the Applebee side or the I-HOP side

and order I-HOP on the Applebee side or Applebee's on the I-Hob side.

That is awesome, right? I mean, it's like a taco bell at a KFC it is so that they've already

done it in Mexico so they haven't done it here in the US yet or anywhere else. But the idea is to reduce

costs. Yeah, no kidding. Well, maximizing revenues. Is that what a company is supposed to do?

Reduced costs, maximize revenue.
