I'm Stuart Mandel, joined as always by Bruce Feldman.

It's been a little while since our last episode, which went up right after the first round playoff games, which now feels like a long time ago.

I did not anticipate when I thought about when our next episode would be just how many bowl games would be played in between.

There's been probably close to 30 bowls played in the 10 days or so since our last episode.

And I was going to ask you, does this bowl season feel any different to you, given these games that we've been watched?

We just had the Music City Bowl shortly before we came on here are kind of wedged in between the two rounds of the CFP.

It does feel different because usually you start out bowl season with a bunch of

games that, I don't want to say they're irrelevant, but they're just like teams that are usually

off the radar and it's their moment in the sun.

If you want to tune in for the game, you will watch some of it or you'll, you know,

if you're gambler, you'll kind of try to get in for the game, you will watch some of it or you'll, you know, from your gambler, you'll kind of, you'll try to get in on that action.

And then it just kind of moves on because there's a football game on, on an odd night or at an odd time.

And there was still some of that.

Like the first bowl game was was South Alabama.

The first bowl game I watched was South Alabama, I think, against Eastern Michigan, or I'm trying to remember who they even played.

It was a MacDak.

That was a while ago, yeah.

Yeah.

And then, but then you got into it.

You know, we had Notre Dame and Indiana and Penn State, SMU.

And it was like, okay, that's the first round.
