Welcome back to the Dersh show. First, the breaking headline hasn't even been in the news yet,

but the Justice Department has just indicted

Sinwa, the head of the Hamas, and the other leaders, the remaining living leaders of Hamas,

indicted them of violating United States law in trying to kill Americans and killing Americans, as you know,

an American hostage was killed just two or three days ago.

This could be significant because if there's an American conspiracy indictment against Hamas and its leaders, it is certainly

possible that some of the demonstrators who have gone over from just protesting and exercising their First Amendment rights to giving material aid to a terrorist organization like Hamas could be co-conspirators.

They could ultimately be indicted if they join the conspiracy.

And conspiracies, I don't really love conspiracies generally because they're

sprawling and all-encompassing and often violate the civil liberties of those who are

indicted, but conspiracy laws exist

and the Supreme Court has upheld them.

And I have defended many conspiracy cases.
