Hello, all of my best friends. Welcome back to a new episode of The Bad Broadcast.

My name is Maddie Murphy. I'm your host and I'm so glad you've decided to join me for another

bad Monday. I'm the head of schedule. Thank you very much, which doesn't happen very often.

You guys know I'm kind of a last minute gal because you want to know what? One time I got the

worst advice I could have ever gotten. And that was, well, if you leave it to the last minute,

it only takes you a minute. And that gave me permission to always leave things to the last minute.

Terrible advice. No thank you to whoever gave that to me because I've lived by it since then

and it's ruined a lot of things for me. So I'm happy to report that this is the July 10th episode.

And I am recording this on June 29th. Can you guys even believe how ahead of schedule I am?

I also had a little bit of an email moment on Instagram this morning as most, if not all of you

saw. I did a Q&A last night. I haven't done a Q&A in like seven months because I knew exactly how

I would go. And it's basically ended with me in tears because this is just hard. And I don't

think I have the part of my brain that can kind of block off what people say or think of me.

And I'm a little stressed that I might need that to continue this job because I'm realizing that

the more the podcast grows, the more people that consume it, the more people don't like me,

the more people hateless and are hate follow or things like that. And I just, I don't have that

gene or whatever it is, the de-gaff gene. And that makes it tough because I've done a lot over the

last few months to protect my own privacy, privacy of people in my life. And there's a lot of people

that are mad, they're mad that I want to be private and that ask me very invasive and appropriate

questions that message friends and family that say weird mean things about what I did or didn't
