Hello, my friends. Welcome back to Big Convers conversations. I unexpectedly took a hiatus. I didn't even really mean to. It's just one of those things where I've really been learning about how much I need to just act on inspiration and when the inspiration's not there to try not to push myself, which I know is not

in itself the most inspiring thing ever, but it's actually the topic of today's episode because

I'm realizing it in a lot of different areas in my life. And I really think there's some really

juicy messages here for you guys. So I'll start out by how that applies to my podcast,

which is on a much smaller skill for sure.

But I have felt like whenever I need to do something on a weekly basis or whenever I'm giving

like a time constraint or a deadline on something, I feel like I lose a lot of the fun and the flow

and the freedom.

And I never want to show up to my podcast or honestly like any space where I'm a

creator and feel like I'm forcing something or that I'm showing up because I have to, but rather

that I'm showing up because I get to. And that's genuinely how I feel about our conversations and

the work that we do and the work that we do, the work that I do, right? Like I feel like it's such

a blessing and a privilege to be able to have this podcast and to share everything. But I've learned, like, specifically through, you know, making TikToks every single day. There's some days I don't make TikToks. There's other days where I literally can't stop making TikToks. There's also, you know, some moments that I'm like, okay, I've got the perfect filming setup. I have done my hair and my makeup perfectly. I feel like I look so good for filming. Like I'm,

I should be in the vibe of it, but like the inspiration's not there. So it feels like whatever I'm saying is being really forced and it's not that fun of an experience versus there's other times that I'm getting ready for bed. The lighting's horrible. I look exhausted or my makeup's not
