Hi. We now have a trial date preliminarily in the Jack Smith Federal Election

overturning case, distinct from the other three cases, because we now have to keep

track of the criminal indictments

against the former president of the United States and he says he's going to

appeal and that the judge is very unfair. I don't even know where to start except that I assume that it's all bad and that nothing good can come for America.

It's a change of days. I was going to say bad for who because I think it's actually pretty good for Trump, right?

Trump gets to go out there and say, look, they've indicted me and they're trying to do it right

before Super Tuesday. They're putting their thumb on the scale, you gotta vote for me.

And I think that appeal works with the

GOP base which is one reason why I'm so depressed all the time.

I have to disagree with that I mean I think that he very badly did not want to have this trial this year as

evidenced by the fact that they asked for it to happen in 2026. I think that there are

certain bad elements that we can talk about. I agree with Sonny the take that you know having this the day before super Tuesday

the intuitive take might be like not great you know when you should be flying

around to Denver and Nashville and you know all the

would think you'd want to be doing that not submitting and raising your right

hand in front of Judge Chutkin in Washington, D.C.
