Welcome to the evening edition of Conservative Daily. I'm your host Dave Clemens.

Today we've got a special guest by the name of Payman Madaheda and we're going to talk

about how he has somehow managed to not pay taxes over the past 30 years,

at least federal income taxes.

And you know, when I was preparing for this interview, there's a lot of things that, you know that I'm having to look at introspectively. I've

to understand that as a card-carrying libertarian, someone who voted for Ron Paul,

philosophically, I like the idea of not having the government extract something

from my wallet and even from a legal and constitutional standpoint people that are familiar

with direct taxation not being

permitted under at least through the federal government but it's

permissible in some cases through the state I feel like I'm probably more familiar than most about the

philosophic and legal arguments to not pay taxes. I think what gives people like myself heartburn and skepticism in some ways is just

this lack of trust with federal entities to begin with. So when we live in a day and age where our J6

brothers and sisters are being persecuted through a weaponized government,

there is this prevailing sense that people aren't falling a law period and they're going after the political enemies.

And so it's with this backdrop that I think we're going to try our best to have a great conversation with

payment on his experiences.

And I'm going to ask tough questions because I want to I'm convinced that Payman's knowledgeable enough to answer them.

But at the same time, I'd be remiss to let people know that conservative daily, myself,

we are not giving you advice on what to do from your taxes and that is not going to be the focus of
