Last night in the NFL, I mean, of course, as we played, you know, talked a bit during Jerry's update about it and played some highlights, I have to say that so far after that first week, as much as I want to see the lions crumble, they have bounced back in such a big way.

And it really does make you think, and we'll see how it continues.

But it does make you think about the coaches that leave a certain place and how much it is the coach

and how much it is the players. And they're doing, like Ben Johnson was lauded for his creative

plays, like all these things that they would do. The fake fumble thing, whatever else.

And last night, you know, they run this creative play where you basically have, you know,

it's Jared Goff over to Amin Ra.

Then Amin Ra pitches it to Jemir Gibbs.

And like that's something we hadn't seen before, you know, running an option like that.

So it's like they're still seen before you know running an option like that so it's like

they're still doing these things without ben Johnson and the defense was getting after I mean they

still have some issues on defense but they're still doing that without Aaron Glenn I mean so

and Dan Campbell is still there and he keeps fighting against that narrative that I was pushing

quite frankly about losing their coaches are going to be a different team. And he's saying, it's about the players, man. It's about the players. You know, we can lose this. We can lose that. It's about the idea of his team and the nuts and bolts and the whole thing. And like, these last two games, he's wrong. Yeah, I think he added eight new coaches, by the way. which is a lot, man. Right. And what's it, Shepard? I think Johnny Morton, excuse me, Johnny Morton is the offensive coordinator now of the Detroit Lions. You know, and he's a seasoned offensive play caller, and this is what it takes. You've got to have your quarterback's got to be smart enough to handle all the

different things that you're throwing at him. And Jared Goff has certainly shown me over the last

two to three years, like how he has settled in to be a top-end quarterback for that team. And he

plays the position like Tom Brady played it, like Peyton Manning plays it plays it. Doesn't like the run. He can.

Doesn't want to.

He wants to sit in that pocket and deliver the ball.

That's where you're supposed to play, you know, the position, especially when you have two running backs like they have.
