You know that we are big proponents of learning a trade I tell you a great story

There's a guy that I know named Bert Harvey and he has a small renovation and construction company and one of his employees, they are very, very religious.

The family is originally from Guatemala, although the kids were all born here.

And they're very, very religious. None of the, I know all the

brothers, all the siblings. They're all tradesmen. None of them drink. They go to church like

five times a week. They're very, very devout and they don't even cuss,

much less drink or smoke or corrals or anything like that. Anyway, so their younger brother went to work as an intern. He did very well in college and went to work at Pricewaterhouse Coopers.

I happen to have a friend who works there and I send an email, he's a partner over there, and I said, hey, just keep an eye on this kid and see how he's coming along. He doesn't have any white collar professionals in his family.

Just if you don't mind just pop in on him and tell him if he has any questions because that's how I was as a young man in a law firm.

I didn't I didn't know what to do. You know you if your dad is a lawyer at a big law firm, you can ask,

but he didn't have any resources like that.

And the kid turned out to be golden for them.

So they made him a job offer and he's graduating this semester and he'll be

sitting for his, I don't know if it's auditor tax, I don't know which assurance or which

division he's in.

But he decided that since he has a little extra time,

since he's been an electrician's helper

with his brother, one of his brothers's electrician,

that he would also use this occasion before he graduated

college to get his electrician's license.
