Welcome to our Saturday podcast, the numbers show that most of you actually listen on Saturday.

And the story, the backstory behind the Saturday podcast was that we kind of became a part of your life because Monday through Friday you were listening to our morning show, our evening show, or both.

Many of you can't listen because you don't have a station that carries us, or you can't listen

while we're live on the broadcast, so you listen to the podcast.

And people wanted to continue to listen on Saturday, which is a huge, huge honor for us that you wanted more of the Michael Barry show.

So what we decided to do was use the

Saturday podcast for things that caught our attention during the week, but were too long for our

normal setup schedule. And this week is a great example of that. We talked a lot about the Duke lacrosse scandal when it happened.

Those young men were guilty of the crime of being white young men at a prestigious

university and being footballs to be used in the political game of politics by Mike Nyfong, the district attorney,

who wanted to fire up the black vote by preying on racism, racism by blacks against whites.

Yeah, it happens.

Three members of the university lacrosse team at Duke were falsely accused of sexually assaulting,

we'll call her an exotic dancer.

There are other names for her.

Her name was Crystal Mangum at an off-campus party in Durham, North Carolina.

Those three players' names, you probably remember at least one of them,

Reed Selellingman,

Colin Finnerty, and David Evans, they were charged with sexual assault and kidnapping by the

aforementioned Durham District Attorney Mike Nyfall. And he knew they hadn't done it. He knew this woman was a liar.

She would go on to go to prison.
