Hello and welcome to episode number 149 of the Potter's Cast.

And look at this. The Olympics have started, right? That's exciting

that the Olympics are up and running. I was telling my wife, I think that they should have a

pottery competition. That's a sport, right? That'd be huge fun. Anyhow, I have some kind of sad news. We had a guest on our show a little while ago.

Her name is Selena. And she was episode number 1,035. So that was like, you know, June 11th.

It was just last month. She's a Canadian potter and she was up by Jasper and there are fires out in that area. And the fires burn down her studio. So it's, and when I say burn down, like on her

Instagram feed, I just clicking on it here, here's something that's crazy. It's like,

okay, there's a picture of the fires and then a bunch of posts that go with,

like 10 pictures that go with it.

And one of them is a post of her studio.

Next picture, it's just flat ground.

Nothing left but foundation and ashes.

So it's pretty devastating what's going on with her. So if you would be,
