0:41.0	Barnes promoted from Special Teams coordinator slash assistant defensive
0:45.2	backs coach to secondary coach. He will now be running the secondary and Parker
0:49.9	Fleming promoted from quality control coach to Special Teams coordinator. That
0:55.1	fills the void of Greg Madison retiring. A lot of Buckeye fans aren't
0:59.3	necessarily happy about promoting from within. What are your thoughts? Yeah, to me,
1:04.6	I think it's a it's a big risk for Ryan Day. I truly believe Ryan Day has earned
1:10.8	enough cash aid within the fan base to make his decisions and given him a
1:17.4	little bit of time to see how it plays out considering he's pretty much hit it
1:22.1	out of the ballpark with the promotion from within with Ryan Hartline and
1:26.8	Cory Dennis. So those two have played out extremely well. I truly believe this
1:32.1	is a very risky move. I understand that right now on that side of the football,
1:38.5	they want to continue what they're doing as far as the continuity because if
1:44.7	you look at the defense inside of the football, it's been churning out coaches,
1:49.7	you know, for several years now, especially defensive coordinators because
1:53.8	you had Greg Siano over there and you had, you know, a halfly come in and
1:59.6	carry cones. So just trying to keep the familiar faces in tact, I can understand
2:05.4	that logic. The people who are very skeptical and constantly optimistic has
2:11.1	every right to do so considering the past defense was at the back end of all
2:17.0	of college football and you didn't bring in a veteran mind to replace Greg
