All right, so today is a great day for so many reasons. Number one, being that I'm alone

because Erin's out of town, so it's very peaceful. It's very quiet. I have no one yelling

at me or telling me that I do the intro and ads bad or not as good as her. So it's just

a great day overall. Maybe deep down, I miss her a little bit, a very, very, very little bit.

She's on a birthday trip. So, you know, she was pretty cool while I was away. She took

a bunch of the slack. And now I'm doing it in return. I guess I kind of miss her, but not

really. Okay, so I am really excited about today. I have been, well, stalking is illegal,

but I have been essentially stalking this woman. I met her on a vacation. Amy Noble, she

is the founder of Love Amy, a dating coaching service that marries the holistic view of human

to human energy and connection with the technology of modern day dating. I mean, basically,

she is the expert on navigating the dating apps. Like she knows every little trick and

trade of navigating these things. That's how she met the love of her life. I saw them.

They are like really, really, really in love. The way that she approaches dating, dating

apps, just in general, presenting yourself, whether it's presenting yourself in a friendship

context, or in work, the way that she breaks down just how to put the best version of

yourself forward is so incredible. Obviously, if you are single or not married, this is

like such a must listen. But even if you're in a relationship, even if you're married,

no matter what, there is something for everybody in this episode. It's one of my favorite.

I know I say that about everyone, but this one blew my mind because she just laid down

facts. And she laid down knowledge that was like just so eye opening and mind blowing.
