Saints starting quarterback yet again this week as the Saints host the Las Vegas Raiders.

I haven't seen an injury report yet for either team in this game.

I think the market is pretty much remaining static with Dalton once again starting, so

James Winston will not start this week for the Saints, New Orleans took a little money.
