One small change can make a huge difference. Jesse shares a recent experience with his strength training. After stagnating and failing to make gains for a long while, he read about a simple post workout drink consisting of protein and dextrose powder. He tried it, felt his recovery jump through the roof after a few workouts, and started making gains again.

today. I want to talk to you where you're maybe feeling a little dejected. Maybe you're

feeling like, you know, I set New Year's resolutions every year and one of them is always

financial related where I'm going to get my act together and do this thing finally, and it's the same as it ever was.

And then I want to tell you this, there are times where a small change can make a huge difference.

Not related to money, although I am very good about relating almost anything to money,

but not related to money was my experience with what I call the post-workout drink.

And I felt like I was kind of stagnating with my strength goals, with my lifting, not feeling

like I'd made much progress at all and a lot of people

will look at you and they say well hey man you're in your 40s so welcome to the club i don't actually

believe that and i know it's not true i mean i know it is true that i'm in my 40s but i know that it doesn't

mean that you just slowly die at this point and so i didn't that, but I was not happy with where I was at

progress-wise, or frankly with a lack of progress. I felt like I was stagnating. And then I

find out about this little thing called the post-workout drink. And I read it in a book that

I had honestly owned for years and just kind of poked around at.
