Kano Gera. Marler, it just meant more. We are back and we are back doing a game that is so

special for you because this is the infamous tennis match game for you.

Yeah this is my tennis match game for you. Yeah this is my Pete Rose game. Yeah this is

funny for those of you who don't know this story, we'll obviously reference it several times on this episode.

We're talking about the 1994 SEC Championship game and why that game is near and dear to my heart is,

fun fact, kind of like, I never got to see the game this was my first time

watching the full game wait wait wait a minute yeah okay because I've only heard the

first part of the story but the aftermath of it, that's one thing I did not know.

Okay, so let, like, let me address the first part of the story.

If you guys are unfamiliar with it, I've referenced it before on the podcast, but we'll say it again obviously this game is 1994 December 3rd 1994 and I was a I was

on a travel tennis team you're eight years old I was eight years old I was eight years old. I was on a travel tennis team and I was I had a match that

day in some tournament I don't remember where it was but I threw the match I lost on

purpose so I could go watch this game. This is

this is the BAM is 12 and 0 like you're two years moving from a national

championship we're in third in the country this is like to hopefully get into a national championship

in the country.

So I threw the match because it was the same

exactly the same time like the start was like four o'clock or something

stupid like that.

Through the match was later kicked off the tennis team because I do the match.
