Second Kings chapter 6 we're going to consider verses 8 through 23.

And as we go through these verses, I want to share with you all. The subject that we're going to talk from is

body. We have a soul. We're able to touch the spiritual

as we function in the natural. We're in a natural world. But we have access to the spiritual world,

the motivation, the hype, the entertainment, we enjoy that.

And I'm not saying that there are not times when that type of environment is not needed.

I am saying that what God wants us to know is the truth of his word, and he wants us to have a kingdom perspective, a godly perspective.

In 2nd King 6, verses 8 through 23, I may stop reading around about verse 17.

Once when the king of Syria was warring against Israel.

He took counsel with his servants, saying, at such and such a place shall be my camp.

So the king of Syria is setting forth his military strategy.

But the man of God, this is Elijah, Elisha, not Elijah, Elisha is the successor of Elijah.
