Second Kings chapter 6 we're going to consider verses 8 through 23.

And as we go through these verses, I want to share with you all. The subject that we're going to talk from is

it just looks like that. It just looks like that. We are creative spirit beings. We live in a physical

body. We have a soul. We're able to touch the spiritual

as we function in the natural. We're in a natural world. But we have access to the spiritual world,

which really is the real world.

When we have prayed, often we say, God, your kingdom come, your will be done in earth,

even as it is in heaven.

As it has been predetermined, predestined, prearranged in heaven, God allow us to see the manifestation of what you predestine before the foundation of the world.

Let us see that in the natural in the earth realm.

True to our nature, most of us are more intimately attached to and acquainted with the natural.

And we do not really have an awareness of the spiritual world, the real world.

It is important that we're taught what we're going to talk about today because it is something that is inevitable in our lives. We don't welcome it because we enjoy the feel good,

the motivation, the hype, the entertainment, we enjoy that.

And I'm not saying that there are not times when that type of environment is not needed.

I am saying that what God wants us to know is the truth of his word, and he wants us to have a kingdom perspective, a godly perspective.

In 2nd King 6, verses 8 through 23, I may stop reading around about verse 17.

Once when the king of Syria was warring against Israel.

He took counsel with his servants, saying, at such and such a place shall be my camp.

So the king of Syria is setting forth his military strategy.

But the man of God, this is Elijah, Elisha, not Elijah, Elisha is the successor of Elijah.

His name means Jehovah saves. Now the man of God sent word to the king of Israel.
