My sister and I listen to your podcast together, but unlike a lot of your listeners,

we haven't had a lot of experiences with the paranormal.

That is, until we moved into a new house with our parents in Toronto, Canada in 2015.

To give you some background, the original owners were a husband and wife who had the home designed and built specifically for them.

Before us, they were the only other people to ever live there.

As the husband was an artist who specialized in mural paintings, the whole front room was made to be his studio,

with a 20-foot ceiling and a special long door on one side to transport his large canvases,

inside and out. After the husband died in the late 80s, his wife lived in the house by yourself until she passed away.

After that, the house sat empty for years before their son finally decided to sell it, and we bought it.
