And hey, this is me from the future jumping in to say, yeah, no, I saw today's news. That's why this pod is so long. And I'm aware it's not over. Just wait till the end. Enjoy hearing what I went through thinking that this actually was over. All right, we're going back into it. If you follow me on Instagram, you saw my crash out the day slash night that all of this was announced. I had just taken a gummy. I had just

grabbed my phone, cuddled up, and I thought, let me just see what's going on in the world.

The one day I'm barely looking at my phone. I sit down, I open Instagram, I see a post from my

friend, the talk of shame, and it says, Baldoni lively reach a settlement. I about choked.

A cold chill came over me because I realized with a settlement that means neither of them likely are ever going to be able to speak about

this situation ever again. Again. Again. After almost two years of both sides, trying to just grab the public's attention and get us to

share their rage and be on their side, the settlement means all that is done. We were so close to going

to trial. We were so close. Where did it fall off the rails? That's what this pot is going to address.

What happened over the last week or two? We're going to look at that joint statement that

was put out and some important details about that statement. And then as I'm sitting here, I'm going to open a few articles that are saying that they seem to have insider information. We're going to go through that as well. Where to begin? Where to begin? You know, one of you asked me in DM when I was crashing out and posting funny things. They were like, well, is this a bad thing?

It's not a bad thing, right, that they reached a settlement. No, it's not a bad thing for anybody

other than us, anybody other than the people who wanted to understand who was lying about what.

Because on more than one occasion, they have directly contradicting takes on something.

And the only way to know is like, look at the footage.

We've seen some footage. And yeah, I'm talking about the black shorts. Okay. I wanted to see more

footage. I wanted to see footage of her like walking around with the black shorts on or getting up on the

table or them saying like, okay, cut. And she's like, okay, great. And then she's going to get up. And we actually

see whether or not she had black shorts on as Baldoni's team said she did,

versus her saying that she just had like a nudity liner on her, you know, genital area.
