Welcome to another quick time Friday. I'm excited to be here. I have something deep on my heart right now and

I just feel like it's going to hit home for a lot of people. So I have a videographer now, a personal videographer that came in to work with myself and the Create You Media

team and everything that we're doing.

And the one thing that I noticed was immediately how smart this kid is, how incredibly talented he is.

But, and this is not to push towards him or poke at him or anyone for that matter.

But the one thing that I realized pretty immediately is that he doesn't believe in himself to the standard that he wants to believe himself to.

And I see this everywhere.

I see this in just society, just commercials in magazines.

I see it the way people post social media.

I see it in my friends.

I see it in quote-unquote colleagues.

I see it.
