Today's tip is that it doesn't have to be fancy.

Indeed, sometimes not so fancy things can make everyone happy. I have

been thinking of today's tip because I recently had a few people over for dinner. I got out

the formal China and some nice wine but I was trying to think of what I could serve as a

main course that everyone would like.

Now there may not be a perfect answer, but I also realized that when I had served

fried chicken from a local place at a picnic the year before.

Everyone had loved it.

Why not at a dinner party too?

So I called up the company, put in an order,

and we ate fried chicken on fine China.
