And here's what you do. You make it the most important affirmation in your life. And when you get up in the morning and you want to go right back to bed and you're worn out and you go,

I don't even have enough energy to get started today, you sit on the side of your bed and you say,

And then when you get up and you go to school or you go to work or whatever you're doing
