In fact, there might even be times where not only you take it for granted,

promise, and I got all this stuff going on, and the weather sucks, and do I really have to?

And on days like that, not only are you not taking it for granted, but really it's almost a resentful thing.

I have felt that these commitments that I make, good commitments, worthwhile investments of time, whether it's a fitness activity or something else. It gets hard and I resent,
